Purchase Orders
Please note the following, if you
cannot pay by debit or credit card, and are sending a purchase order to
us:
- The supplier name should be
"Nepal Systems Ltd." and all cheques should be made
payable to "Nepal Systems Ltd."
- When we receive a purchase order
by mail, email or fax we will send an invoice to you for payment,
and this process can be speeded up if you supply an email address
where we can send the invoice. All invoices are due for payment in
30 days.
- When making out the purchase
order please do not forget to add shipping costs to the order. You
can find out what the shipping cost will be for your goods by
clicking the "Add to cart" button and then selecting the
correct country.
