to be a courteous, reliable, straightforward and honest company to deal with.

Why? Because whenever we have recommended our customers go to Acorn for advice, the feedback we receive
once an Acorn Stairlift has been installed, is invariably good.

Acorn Stairlifts do not spend much money on national advertising. They rely far more on recommendations from
word of mouth.

In fact the Acorn Stairlift company would probably be the first to agree, if they used high-pressure sales techniques
or let down our customers in any way, it would be a very bad move. Why? Because we would be very upset and never recommend Acorn again.
